REXIMEX PRETENSIS AMBUSH PCP AIRGUN
The Reximex Pretensis Ambush is a feature-packed pre-charged pneumatic (PCP) air rifle designed for target shooting, pest control, and general sporting use. Manufactured in Turkey, it combines modern styling with adjustable ergonomics and strong shot performance at a competitive price point. Available in both .177 and .22 calibre options, the Pretensis Ambush is aimed at shooters wanting premium-style features without premium-level cost.

PERFORMANCE
The Pretensis Ambush delivers approximately 11–11.5 ft/lbs in UK-spec form and is capable of producing excellent accuracy out to 40+ yards. Reviewers praised its consistent grouping and user-friendly side-lever operation. Depending on calibre and power setting, the rifle can achieve roughly 120–210 shots per fill from a 200-bar charge.
BUILD & HANDLING
The rifle features an ambidextrous synthetic stock with a soft-touch finish, making it comfortable for both left- and right-handed shooters. Adjustable furniture allows shooters to tailor the fit to their preferred shooting position. Despite its lightweight design, the rifle retains a full-length sporter feel suitable for hunting or bench shooting.

This rifle is designed to deliver less than 12-foot pounds of power to stay within UK law. However, FPS depends on the pellet weight and quality, i.e. brand used. Each rifle will perform differently, so we recommend trying different brands of pellets to see what works best in your new air rifle.
