All of our products, including Airguns such as Air Rifles and Air Pistols, have a manufacturer’s warranty. Please note that each manufacturer offers a different airgun warranty period for their products. A manufacturer warranty is offered for any issues created in the manufacturing process and does not cover damage or end-user-modified products.

THE PROCESS
We send all airguns back to the manufacturer/supplier for repairs/replacement against manufacturing fault – It generally takes 4 weeks for the process. If you have a product that you would like to return, please see our returns and refunds page here.
NOT LISTED BRANDS
If the brand of your product is not listed on this page, then you will probably have the standard 6-month manufacturer warranty on your products. If you have purchased a Pre-Owned Airgun, then it is sold as seen and has no manufacturer’s warranty; however, we will try and help if you have any issues with your product, so please contact us via our support system.
