just ordered an air gun from Just Air Guns, £40 cheaper than my local Air Gun Dealer, on top of that for £20 extra they are going to deliver to me at home, my local Air Gun Shop do not do that, well pleased

Awful experience. I was given incorrect information about a scope, which I purchased online and returned unused within 14 days, with proof of delivery. Their website suggested that return shipping costs might be covered, but a rude customer service advisor insisted they wouldn’t. A few days later, I received a call falsely claiming I had used the product—they likely damaged it themselves. I ended up purchasing a scope elsewhere, as the one from them lacked parallax adjustment. I reached out to my bank to resolve this, and they initially informed me that they would issue a refund. However, I later received an email from this fradulent company stating that the product is being forced returned to me, along with an associated charge. I would never have bought from this company had I known they operate this way, as they might be selling fake items.

Very happy with the speedy delivery and the lad didn’t need to wait, but was happy to wait for me to get home (thankfully I wasn’t too far away). So, with this I have received my new rifle and wow. I ordered an air pistol which took 6 days to arrive which was great and a lovely gun too. The order process was pretty straight forward,there is a charge of £25.00 but its the same everywhere you go.
Absolutely shockingI placed 2 orders totalling nearly £1000.I remained patient despite the extremely long delivery time frame (10 days I think it was)But there was one item missing, a £25 accessory.I emailed to notify them of the missing item and tell them I didn't mind either a refund or they could post one.They replied saying"Your order has been completed"I since emailed 4 times being polite everytime and they've just ignored it.I'm so glad it wasn't one of the more expensive items.Stay away if you don't live close enough to go in

Just purchased a new Gamo Phox from these guys and they could not have made the process any easier. Buy the gun, an email comes through to send the ID through to then delivery driver calls and drops off. Absolutely first class. Every step could not have been any better.
First time buying an air pistol since I was a teenager in the 70's. Really like these modern replica firearms. Seamless buying experience from JA, had a nice chat on the phone with a very knowledgeable chap, then I ordered online and a couple of days later the delivery driver was at my door with my order.......simple. I recommend JA if you want to buy hassle free online.
The air rifle is good however the company forgot to send both rifles I ordered so I’ve had to wait a further four days for the second one. They weren’t particularly bothered by the mistake and I’ve not been offered any recompense for the error I would guess that this is not uncommon given the reaction to the problem
Don't purchase from these SCAMMERS, they have stolen my money and I intend to recover the money through small claims court, BEWARE OF THE THEVING NO GOOD SCAMMERS

Comptative prices, great selection and easy to order with quick delivery. After a little time the airsoft pistol I had developed a fault. I email the support line and they asked me to send a short video of the issue. Within an hour they responded that a replacement would be sent out immediately. Very good customer service. As a 'newby' found everyone v.helpful & processing order all done without fuss. Amazing array of kit & equipment in store so able to make informed choices.
I don’t normally write reviews but this has been 1 of the worst experiences. My PCP arrived I pumped it up, used it and the next morning it was back down to 0 PSI, I then double checked this so I pumped it up again left it for a few hours and it was losing pressure so I started the return process. It arrived with them on Thursday afternoon, their technician is only in on Thursdays so the gun can only be tested the following Thursday, no replacement sent out. On the next Thursday I waited till half 3 and then I had to email them as I had no email or call, I asked what’s the update, they reply at 17.50 with we don’t have your number and the technician wanted to speak with you. Yet they have my number on the invoice and had rang me the previous weeks so they did have my number. The next day they ring and say there is nothing wrong with the gun and holds pressure fine, this is a mystery how it loses pressure at my house but holds pressure with them. He says he will pump it up again and ring me at the end of the day, I wait till end of day and nothing. 2 or 3 days of emails and calls were exchanged and a replacement of a different gun was agreed, this was sent out which at this point is 4 weeks from my original order date. I check the contents of my order and you guessed it, 2 of the 3 items are missing, I send an email Thursday night they reply Friday morning with send pictures of contents, I then send picture of what I got and the invoice which has only the gun ticked from packing so other items obviously been missed, they are open Saturdays but didn’t do anything till Monday afternoon offering refund or to send items out, I took the refund as I had ordered the parts elsewhere and arrived already. Absolute joke of customer service and business. over a month later and this is finally settled.Also the gun was way undertuned at around 8J which the gun is capable way over 12J so they could of set it at around 11.5J like other companies.

I made my order online (easy peasy), then called them to confirm something about the product (sorted quickly) and then paid and waited... but I only waited 7 days and the order was in my hands. Now, I also ordered from a competitor of JAG 3 days prior and it will be 10 days in total (if it arrives as scheduled). All in all a great level of professionalism, courtesy and speed of delivery. I was very much kept in the loop for the whole experience which I greatly appreciate when buying products like this. Thanks Just Air Guns.

Terrible customer service.Sold me a faulty gun that broke on its first use (pretty certain it was second hand previously returned to them as faulty)I returned it to them to be repaired and then decided I wanted a refund instead. They took 4 weeks to have it repaired and then ignored my request for a refund.Suddenly, after 4 weeks they decided to tell me the gun was scratched and damaged (funny how they didn’t mention this before sending it to the manufacturer for repair)Therefore was not entitled to a refund (how convenient for them)I spoke to them and asked how could I have damaged the gun so badly within 5 mins of use.I received the gun back today after having to pay to have it sent back to me and it was badly scratched. I know for a fact it was not like this but of course can’t prove it. So beware if you are thinking of buying from these guys they are reluctant to listen and offer refunds.I wish I read reviews before buying from these guys as by the looks of it lots of people have experienced this.

The product I received was good and all items I ordered arrived. However, delivery was supposed to be between 4-7 working days, I received my order after 18 working days and after having to make 3 phone calls asking where my order was. Unfortunately I wasn’t contacted to let me know there was going to be a delay with my order and I had to call up myself 3 times to ask why it hadn’t arrived. For the price I paid for delivery, I would’ve expected it to arrive in the time specified or at least contacted to inform me it would arrive later than expected. I personally wouldn’t order from this company again.
Ordered twice (12th June and 22nd August) the first order was brilliant couldn't fault it at all product was brilliant with no issues and delivery was fast again with no issues, communication was good as well. The 2nd order how ever is the reason for the low rating, ordered 22nd August with a 2-4 working day delivery time at a cost of £20 (zone 1). Taking into consideration the bank holiday on 26th August it has now been 9 days on the day of writing which is 5 working days including Saturdays which is stated on the website. I have emailed twice now with no response ( 28th and 30th august) to ask where my delivery is. Also emailed when ordering to try and arrange a delivery date so I will be home as I work full time so timings are a little difficult but they was not interested. I am extremely disappointed with this because I had such a good experience the first time hence why I have not given 1 star. I will be reducing to 1 star if I do not recieve my order in the next couple days or at the very least some sort of communication to arrange delivery at a day that I can be home. So disappointing guys you can do so much better.

Easy to order online...Ordered a crosman phantom....entry level but still good power....good communication on delivery date....happy with air rifle...but wife extremely annoyed I bought it lol. Felt sorry that the delivery driver actually travelled from London to Oldham so gave a ten quid tip!! Won't tell the wife about this! Good service & a big thanks 😊...Oh & with a discount at the time...don't think I'd have gotten it anywhere cheaper!

Bought 2 guns with both having issues now I have to buy new mag for one of the guns and havent said a word for the other gun yet personally can't be bothered first time buying from here not buying again after this don't waste your time waisting your money
