Just ordered a gun for my hubby . Ordered before from Justairguns and very impressed with their service .
Had a problem with my item two months after purchase and reached out to them asking about bringing the rifle to the shop for servicing, but since the shop takes me two hours each way to get to, and I can't go during weekdays I ended up putting it off. Close to the ending of my warranty (11 months after purchase) I reached out to them again asking if I had to also bring in the accessories to get it looked at. Still the same issue, still within the warranty period but they denied my warranty and said I'd need to pay for repairs.My product box says I'm entitled to a one year warranty, which they claim is only applicable to remote regions and direct international sales. There is no asterisk or anything indicating I don't have a one year warranty nor was there any attempt from them to cover up what would be misleading information on the product they're selling.Absolutely vile practice and disregard for my consumer rights. Not to mention that according to the Consumer Rights Act 2015 under S19 subsection 14 it states that if a fault is found within 6 months it is to be taken the fault was present from the start of the contract which should entitle me to repairs. And S23 subsection b states that if the consumer requires the trader to repair the goods the trader must bear any necessary costs incurred in doing so including postage, but I initially asked if I could ship the item (2 months after purchase so both within the warranty time they state I had and within the one available to me on my product box) to which they said I'd need to pay shipping which is a breach of the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Omg I must say I am very happy with the service from just air guns they was very helpful in helping me choose the right product even though the product I wanted cost more than the product I brought and the warranty is very good you have up to 6 months from the time you buy the product and if anything goes wrong mechanically with the product they repair it for free or they give you a new productI sincerely recommend this shop to all the other shops I’ve been to . Purchased an Air rifle with JAG. The initial service was questionable. The day of the delivery i had phone issues and sent various e-mail in with delivery details and contact details. No response back at all. Ended up ringing them and they could not confirm if the details had been passed over. They said the driver will call but could not give a time as they had no contact with him. The driver just turned at the door later in the afternoon.I ended up with an issue with a magazine. Again communication issues with wanting to speak to the person who i had e mailed. But a new magazine was put in the post and a few days later it arrived. The rifle is good, but the communication from the company could be improved.So i purchased a Kral Mortal on 16th May 2024. Put 200 rounds through it and by November the trigger/cocking mechanism had gone faulty and. The rifle was sent back and due to the xmas break I received the gun back on early jan 2025. As of May 24th the rifle developed the same issue. Now JAG have refused to help out siting that they only offer a 6 months warranty on the rifle. This contradicts the sale of goods act and should be 12 months. Not only that the repair is less than 6 months old. So again should be covered under warranty. JAG have refused to help out and want to charge me for the privilege.
Helpful website and staff but there seems to be a lack of communication between sales and delivery , anyway after a bit of confusion I received my delivery as ordered , well packaged and I am very pleased with it .

This is a good company Ive ordered from them a couple of times and they do deliver what's asked, however even though I gave 5 stars both times the order was practically 2 hours over the expected delivery time which for some people could be a huge inconvenience
Excellent service! Gun is exactly as described and looks great. Ordered on the Monday received on the Thursday. Easy ordering and uploading of identification documents. Delivery was within the time slot given and driver was polite and thorough with the identification process. We will definitely use this company when we order my husbands gun. Thank you very much 😊
Just air guns it’s a really good site, delivery good . BUT i just ordered the gamo maxim multi shot air rifle and all the bolts holding the gun together were loose !!I was wondering why the accuracy was poor and I remembered someone on YouTube had the same problem with the same gun. The should be checked better especially as there guns ! I’d never order a gamo gin again . Also I ordered some copper pellets… waste of time 👍

I purchased the Winchester Model 45RS Air Rifle Bundle Set .177 with DN Bag × 1. What a brilliant air rifle with the scope supplied. So accurate and so comfortable to hold even standing unsupported. I would recommend this to anybody getting back into shooting or starting as a novice.
