Take your money then disappeared.I ordered a beretta Elite Co2 pistol.Paid on the 9th uploaded id same day.Then nothing no contact no delivery arrangement, no message no email. I tried to contact to no avail.I waited a week with no contact and raised a chargeback with bank. Took them a further 10 days to cancel my order.Absolutely jokes. Go to Trustpilot all the reviews are the same.

Although the location is a bit remote, the atmosphere in the entire store is very nice. The staff's attitude is also extremely friendly. Especially Mr. AJ, he is very friendly and patient, answering your questions and recommending products according to your requirements.
As with the other one star reviews, everything is great until your gun breaks. Twice. We are going to pursue an independent repair this time as we've had enough. The sellers allege that the second time it broke was our fault, however, when it was returned to us the first time, the original problem had not actually been fixed, therefore they failed in the first place to repair it and then charged me for postage and repairs when I had to go back a second time. My husband bought and replaced the faulty part himself and now it works and was not an expensive fix.

I bought a GAMO 16-months ago and have used it very lightly. I'm ex-military, so look after any firearm very carefully. I explained this to Mike and that the PCP rifle had been used very sparingly over 16-months that I owned it and asked if they would repair the rifle free of charge, given the conditions stated.I suggested that they could discuss this with the supplier directly.A consistent approach from JAG was 'no'. Send it back to us at your cost and we'll send it somewhere else to get it fixed. We then charge you. I suspect the problem is minor and associated with the bolt action on my GAMO GX40.Whilst polite. The 'computer says no' approach has annoyed me.In short, in my view - inflexible service from JAG.'Could do better'.
Mike and AJ were great at sorting my order and helped me deal with a product issue (really a user issue!) at no extra cost. I am really pleased with the gun. Thanks guys

My review is purely down to the delivery not any products.With my order I had opted for home delivery costing me £40 wich already I felt was expensive but it’s a co2 pistol so I thought I’d just take it on the chin.The way they work their delivery is they only deliver in your area once they have enough orders to warrant the trip there.Then you will be contacted the day before or in my case the evening before the intended delivery day.This is totally unhelpful because you cannot make any arrangements to be home to take delivery as you need to be in for ID etc.So now not being in means you miss it and then you have to wait till enough orders come around again to hopefully catch the next one.If you work Monday to Friday you won’t have a hope in hell of ever receiving your order.Regardless if there is 10 orders in my area or just the 1 I’ve paid £40 for the privilege of delivery I expect a delivery date for this price or am I missing the point.After just over a week it was clear this was impossible and I was left with no choice but to cancel my order and shop elsewhere.They simply offer a service they can’t deliver on after having my delivery issues I looked over reviews and almost every poor review mentions the delivery service.I requested a refund then went to Pellpax purchase a pistol paid £20 delivery fee but I’ve already been told when to expect it.Sorry but poor effort
I used Just Air Guns to transfer an air gun that I had brought at auction in Yorkshire down to London. Mike was quick to respond and keen to help. They are the easier RFD in London to deal with.

Made an order which was delivered on time but received the wrong pellets so I emailed support. They were very helpful and apologised and said they would send out the correct pellets right away. Days went by and I heard nothing so I emailed again, turns out the pellets hadn’t been sent. They apologised again and finally sent the pellets which i have now received but 17 days after the original order was made and paid for. I will likely use them again for weapon systems but will be getting my ammo elsewhere.

Service was everything one would hope. Communication was good, delivery to quoted time frame and product perfect.
Very unimpressed and I now realise having read other reviews that my experience wasn't a one off. First issue, delivery wasn't made when agreed, leaving me to have to drive 2 hours myself to pick up the air rifle. Next, the air rifle broke on day 2 of use having fired fewer than 20 pellets: a clear mechanical failure with the loading mechanism. Finally, zero flexibility or proactivity in resolving the issue... suggesting the issue was down to 'wear and tear' by me. I'm sure the technicalities of the contract cover them for that response (cue the reply below), but it's no way to build a loyal customer base. My advice would be to take your money somewhere they'll value your business.
Ordered 2 air rifles online for the first time from just airguns came 4 days later on time so very happy with there service would buy from there again because they where both £20 cheaper than any 1 esle.

Air nozzle broke in my Baba Yaga Hi Cappa. Was looking for a replacement everywhere and couldn't find a compatible one. JustAirGuns offered me to send the whol epistol to the manufacturer(to Taiwan) but I wanted to find a local part or a local replacement/service. After posting in a Airgun forum i was directed to a part in the JustAirguns website. I emailed asking for compatibility and Mike kindly confirmed with the technical team to verify that it is compatible with Baba Yaga Hi Capp series.I find that not much information available in terms of part numbers and compatibility lists - it is very much a trial and error or asking from someone who had the issue before - I think this is an issue with the sport.Overall - satisfied with the service Mike/JustAirGuns provided in terms of checking and confirming the compatibility of the part.
Delivery is absolutely appalling, staff constantly lie about delivery dates. I'd avoid this at all costs. 10th of June I've ordered because they said delivery is between 3-5 days. Contacted numerous times and they said before the weekend it will come for 2 weeks which it never did. Requested refund and still nothing. I will be contacting my bank to arrange for them to organise it because this company is a scam. Will also be pursuing this legally. Don't be fooled by the fake reviews.
Just Air Guns sold me a gun which didn't work and when I reached out to them for help they all too quickly told me I was not eligible for assistance without even seeing the item. The item was faulty when it arrived. £300 on the gun and £50 for delivery and not one shot fired. AVOID.

Decent selection of air guns and good prices however what lets them down is the delivery. This is the second air gun I bought from them. First one took about 3 weeks to turn up, 2nd one is going onto 3 weeks and still no sign of it. When you contact them they won’t provide any delivery details so you’re just expect to wait for god knows how long. Charge you £25 for delivery and then you have to wait weeks before they get enough orders in your area to justify delivering it .
Not happy as just air guns are happy to take your money but fail when there are problems with support as I sent photos of a sharks tail fault on my smk and still awaiting answers ☹️👎

For Father's Day I received a brand new air rifle, bag, target holder and pellets. Upon opening the bag the zipper snapped in half.After contacting them the response from Mike said, "upon review this snapped to due customer handling and a new one may be purchased".If this was an old bag sure, weathered and worn but for a brand new bag surely a replacement is adequate.Very unprofessional and unhelpful way of dealing with clients that support your business.I have replied in good faith hoping they will be understanding and decent in their 2nd approach and hope I can update this review to a positive one.Until then a 1 star is generous.
Placed an order with them, was told numerous times my item was going to be delivered, but was canceled last minute, wasting my day that I booked off from work, were very rude over the phone, not the best people to do your business with.

Just ordered a gun for my hubby . Ordered before from Justairguns and very impressed with their service .
Had a problem with my item two months after purchase and reached out to them asking about bringing the rifle to the shop for servicing, but since the shop takes me two hours each way to get to, and I can't go during weekdays I ended up putting it off. Close to the ending of my warranty (11 months after purchase) I reached out to them again asking if I had to also bring in the accessories to get it looked at. Still the same issue, still within the warranty period but they denied my warranty and said I'd need to pay for repairs.My product box says I'm entitled to a one year warranty, which they claim is only applicable to remote regions and direct international sales. There is no asterisk or anything indicating I don't have a one year warranty nor was there any attempt from them to cover up what would be misleading information on the product they're selling.Absolutely vile practice and disregard for my consumer rights. Not to mention that according to the Consumer Rights Act 2015 under S19 subsection 14 it states that if a fault is found within 6 months it is to be taken the fault was present from the start of the contract which should entitle me to repairs. And S23 subsection b states that if the consumer requires the trader to repair the goods the trader must bear any necessary costs incurred in doing so including postage, but I initially asked if I could ship the item (2 months after purchase so both within the warranty time they state I had and within the one available to me on my product box) to which they said I'd need to pay shipping which is a breach of the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Omg I must say I am very happy with the service from just air guns they was very helpful in helping me choose the right product even though the product I wanted cost more than the product I brought and the warranty is very good you have up to 6 months from the time you buy the product and if anything goes wrong mechanically with the product they repair it for free or they give you a new productI sincerely recommend this shop to all the other shops I’ve been to .
