From order to delivery it was a superb experience starting with a well designed internet site filled with information and good descriptions of the large selection of guns to choose from. Best price I could find on line. Very easy to use system to meet the ID requirements and responsive to my extra needs as a resident Yank. Delivery was just as promised, well communicated, on time, on a Sunday and by a very cheerful owner who was filling in for an unwell driver. Then....they have one van that "breaks down" so you don't get your order and you get some semi literate message about how they're going to rearrange "next week please".Still waiting for my refund so I can purchase from a legitimate retailer.AVOIDAVOID

Like AJ last time he was both welcoming and helpful. Also appreciate the fact that not only did he inform me that the suppressor I liked wasn't compatible with the pistol I was purchasing, but also instead of recommending one more expensive, his first avenue was to offer me compatible options that were actually cheaper.
