Bossy Woman23 days ago277366. I broke the golden rule of online shopping — I didn’t check the reviews before placing my order. It was only after ordering an air pistol that I read some of the one-star reviews and started to become concerned, particularly about delivery. I placed my order on a Sunday and, after a couple of days, contacted the company for an update. I was initially told by telephone that delivery would be towards the end of the week. When I contacted them again at the end of the week, I was then told it would arrive on Monday. I subsequently received a text confirming delivery for Tuesday, together with a reserved time slot. By this point, having read some of the negative reviews, I was understandably a little apprehensive. However, I’m pleased to say that the courier arrived on Tuesday, within the allocated time slot, and all six items in my order were present and correct. Overall, my experience was positive and, importantly, the order was delivered on the seventh day, which was within the timeframe stated on the company’s website. The one area I think could be improved is communication around delivery. Customers should ideally not be given specific delivery dates unless these can be confirmed. If an expected date changes, a quick apology and an accurate updated delivery date would provide much greater reassurance and probably prevent unnecessary concern. Despite my initial worries, everything arrived safely, complete and within the advertised timeframe, so based on my own experience I would be happy to give credit where it is due.Posted on Google

Robin Ghost32 days agoAmazing store with a great team of staff. I have been purchasing pistols from them since 2023 and have bought over 10 from them. In person, for store pick up and also delivery. Never had any issues and they have always helped me out with all my queries and concerns. Always provided me with valuable information that has helped me make the right purchase. Lately I have been in touch with Mike who has been very helpful with great communication via email and assisted me to purchase what I have wanted for a while now. If you are able to visit the store I wound highly recommend it since they have a great selection of pistols, rifles and accessories. Which you can see, hold and try and no pressure from the staff. Online you can find great deals, and if they don’t have what you are looking for, they can keep you updated as soon as the stock is back in store. Great team and thanks for always being extremely professional. One of the best if not the best Airsoft / BB gun stores in London and UK.Posted on Google

Ryan Hodgson43 days agoI had an excellent experience dealing with Mike, the owner. From start to finish he was extremely helpful, friendly, and professional. He went out of his way to make sure I was happy with the purchase and was great to communicate with throughout the process. The delivery cost was in the highest band at £60, but Mike kindly reduced the bundle price to help compensate for this, which I really appreciated and shows the level of customer service he provides. The only criticism I would have is the delivery charge itself, but it’s understandable due to the need to use their own couriers for this type of item. The rifle itself is fantastic quality and I’m really pleased with it. It feels well made, shoots brilliantly, and the bundle included everything I needed to get started. Overall, I’m extremely happy with both the product and the service I received. I would definitely recommend buying from Mike and the team. It’s refreshing to deal with someone who genuinely cares about their customers and goes the extra mile to make sure they have a good experience.Posted on Google

They advised my on a suitable replacement and were very helpful in confirming my existing sights would fit the new gun. Chris Silk91 days agoExcellent experience all round. I had some pre-order queries, which were quickly resolved via email. After placing my order, communication was clear. I received my delivery slot the day before, and the driver turned up when stated. I didn't get a 30 minute warning as was promised but that didn't matter to me as I was home all day. On reading some of the reviews I was unsure about ordering for delivery but on further investigation I realised that some customers couldn't follow instructions, as long as you upload ID and you are present for delivery it's very simple.
