Terms and Conditions for the Just Air Guns Free Giveaway Prize Draw.
This free prize Draw is to win this amazing RP5 bundle worth over £400!
1. Entry is open from the first day of December 2023 (the “Opening Date”) until the last day of December 2023 (the “Closing Date”).
2. How to participate – To enter the Free Giveaway Prize Draw, simply buy any product for our website or in-store between the Opening Date and Closing date of the Free Giveaway Prize Draw, and you will automatically be entered. The Free Giveaway Draw is open to residents of the UK (excluding Northern Ireland). All entrants must be aged 18 years or over – proof of age will be required.
3. There is no entry limit; each separate purchase will be entered in the Free Giveaway Prize Draw separately.
4. Just Air Guns does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted or secure access to the website. Numerous factors outside the control of Just Air Guns may interfere with the operation of the website, for which no responsibility will be accepted for any difficulties in entering the Free Giveaway Prize Draw.
5. Free Giveaway Prize Draw is not open to employees and their families, representatives, legal successors, or contractors of Just Air Guns.
6. One winner will be drawn at random from all eligible entries within seven days of the Closing Date. 2 Reserve winners will also be drawn at the same time and according to the same principles.
7. The winner will be notified by email and phone if provided. The winner has two weeks to reply to the notification with their confirmation. If no confirmation is received, then one of the reserve winners will be notified.
8. The Prize is as stated. Prizes are not transferable, cannot be resold, and will only be awarded directly to the Winner. There is no cash alternative. Prizes are subject to availability, and in the event that the Prizes offered are unavailable due to circumstances beyond the control of Just Air Guns, we reserve the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value.
9. The first name and county of the winners will be published in advertising material to publicly congratulate our winners and engage with the public. If you want to opt out of this promotion, please contact us using our contact info on our website. Please be aware that once published, it is out of our ability to remove this. We are also bound by all Advertising Standards Agency regulations.
10. No responsibility will be taken by Just Air Guns if a Winner is not able to collect or receive the Prize for any reason and howsoever arising.
11. All personal information you submit to Just Air Guns in connection with the Free Giveaway Prize Draw is subject to and will be processed in accordance with our privacy policy (the “Privacy Policy”).
12. Premature Termination / Exclusion of participants – Owing to exceptional circumstances outside its reasonable control and only where circumstances make this unavoidable, Just Air Guns reserves the right to cancel or amend the Free Giveaway Prize Draw or these terms and conditions at any stage, but will always endeavour to minimise the effect on participants in order to avoid undue disappointment.
13. Just Air Guns assumes no responsibility for and will disqualify entries that are: stolen, late, lost, illegible, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, damaged, destroyed, delayed, misdirected, not received, or that have incorrect or inaccurate entry information, whether caused by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Free Giveaway Draw, or by any human, mechanical or electronic error which may occur in the processing of the entries in the Free Giveaway Draw, or other errors appearing within the terms or in any the Free Giveaway Draw related advertisements. Proof of purchase will not be accepted as proof of receipt, and no correspondence will be entered into.
14. Just Air Guns assumes no responsibility for any typographical or other error in the printing of the offer, administration of the Free Giveaway Draw, errors in processing entries, identifying the Winner, in the announcement of the Prizes and Winner, and the delivery of the Prizes, any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, mobile phone, computer systems, online systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail or players on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or on any website, or any combination thereof, including, without limitation, any injury or damage to entrant’s mobile phone or other portable electronic device related to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials in the Free Giveaway Draw.
15. Just Air Guns reserves the right in its sole discretion to verify the Winner and disqualify any person it suspects or finds: (i) to have tampered with the entry process or the operation of the draw; (ii) to be acting in a disruptive manner, or with the intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person; (iii) to display behaviour that will bring such Winner or Promoter into disgrace; (iv) to have provided inaccurate information upon entering the Free Prize Draw; or (v) to be acting in violation of these terms; (vi) to have gained unfair advantage in participating in the promotion or won using fraudulent means. Any violation of these official rules by a winner will result in such individual’s disqualification as a winner of the draw, and all privileges as a winner will be immediately terminated.
16. To the fullest extent possible in law, Just Air Guns does not accept liability for any losses or claims whatsoever arising out of participation in the Free Giveaway Draw and the acceptance of any Prize.
17. Participants are responsible for all costs and expenses relating to participation in the Free Giveaway Prize Draw, such as accessing the Internet etc.
18. Reserves the right to investigate and reject claims it believes to be of a fraudulent nature. Should a claim be upheld as fraudulent, Just Air Guns reserves the right to pursue damages against individuals in connection with the claim.
19. Any question concerning the legal interpretation of the rules will be based on the law of England and Wales, and the Courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction.
