ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Fasten the handle to the pump with the two screws supplied.
  2. Fit the foot pedal with two screws and the tool supplied.
  3. Install the pressure gauge manometer carefully into the pump.
  4. Insert the high-pressure hose with the provided multi-tool.
  5. Fit and screw down the bleed valve screw on the base.
  6. Remove the plug from the female connector of the hose/filter.
  7. Insert your required fill probe (not supplied with pump).

HOW TO USE THE PUMP

  1. Do not pump too fast – the maximum frequency is 50 times per minute.
  2. Very high pressure; do not close the air outlet when it is working.
  3. Pressure should not exceed the recommended pressure of 4500 psi.
  4. Pump slowly and deliberately. Stop at the top and bottom of each stroke (1-2 seconds) to let the airflow through the tiny holes inside the pump.
  5. Do not fail to go all the way to the end of each stroke; make each upstroke count, as most of the work is accomplished in the last 2-3 cm of pump rod travel.

WARNINGS AND MAINTENANCE

  1. Do not pump for more than 5 minutes. After each pumping period, leave the pump for 15 minutes to cool.
  2. Open the pump bleed screw to relieve the pressure in the hose. Do not keep the pressure in the pump when not in use.
  3. Keep the pump dry and clean, and store the pump indoors, away from extreme temperatures.
  4. The pump needs re-oiling after 800 pumps. Please see the user manual for more info.
