BSA XT-SL SPORTING TACTICAL PCP AIR RIFLE

The BSA XT-SL .22 PCP Air Rifle brings together traditional BSA accuracy and a completely modern sporting tactical platform. Designed, developed and manufactured in Birmingham, England, this regulated multi-shot PCP is ideally suited to hunting, pest control and recreational target shooting.

BSA’s improved regulator works alongside its renowned cold hammer-forged barrel to produce consistent pellet velocity and dependable downrange accuracy. The .22 version is supplied in a UK-legal sub-12 ft-lb configuration and provides a particularly impressive factory-stated shot count of approximately 215 shots from a full charge.

A smooth side-lever action operates the 12-shot rotary magazine, allowing the rifle to be cycled without significantly disturbing the shooting position. The underside of the stock also incorporates secure storage for a spare standard magazine. An optional external magazine holder and higher-capacity magazines are available separately.

The UK-made polymer stock features a comfortable pistol grip and an adjustable tactical butt stock. Six locking positions provide approximately 3.5 inches of length adjustment, allowing the rifle to accommodate different shooters, clothing and shooting positions. The buffer-tube design also allows compatible aftermarket butt stocks to be fitted.

A Picatinny scope rail provides extensive mounting space for a suitable telescopic sight, digital optic or night-vision unit. An integrated lower accessory rail is included, while BSA’s extended aluminium Picatinny forend rail can be purchased separately.

The lightweight 300cc carbon-wrapped air bottle reduces overall weight while providing the capacity required for an excellent shot count. A filtered direct Foster connection simplifies charging from compatible equipment, and the recessed pressure gauge is protected from knocks during field use.

A BSA sound moderator is included and attaches using the standard ½-inch UNF thread. Scope, mounts, charging equipment and accessories are not included.

This rifle is designed to deliver less than 12-foot pounds of power to stay within UK law. However, FPS depends on the pellet weight and quality, i.e. brand used. Each rifle will perform differently, so we recommend trying different brands of pellets to see what works best in your new air rifle.
