How to Use the .22 Pellet Inspector

1. Tip some pellets onto the tray and shake to make the pellets fall into the holes.
2. Buy hand, fill in any missing spaces or replace any pellets not seated correctly.
3. Place the lid on top and hold it in position.
4. Flip over the Pellet Inspector to reveal the tops of all pellets.
5. Flip back to remove any unwanted or defective pellets.
6. Tap the bench and/or remove the pellets by hand for use.

There have been many Pellet Inspector products in this design before that are no longer available. And after a few weeks of development and testing, we now understand what the issues are and why.

It is impossible to make a single Airgun Pellet Inspector Design that will work with the vast pellet types and brands now on the market. This V1 Airgun Pellet Inspector from Ballistic Designs is the best so far, but not without some issues. It has been tested with over 20 different pellet brands to achieve a good fit for most; however, some tweaking may still be needed by the end user for trouble-free use, depending on the pellets used.

Please note that if your pellets fall into the holes with some effort and the back of the pellets protrude significantly, some adjustment is needed. With a small round file, an emery board, or a small drill bit, enlarge the holes slightly. Please remember that PETG is plastic and can be adjusted very easily with little effort – do not overdo it, or the pellets will fall completely through the holes. You only need a minimal adjustment for trouble-free operation of this Pellet Inspector.

Please be aware that any alteration of this product will void your warranty, meaning you can not return it if you have attempted to alter the holster in any way.
